Based on the 2018 harvest, it blends 60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, and 10% Pinot Meunier, sourced from esteemed villages including Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers, Avize, and Oiry . The wine is vinified with minimal intervention and finished with a low dosage of 2 g/L, resulting in a crisp, mineral-driven profile. On the nose, it offers aromas of citrus fruits, pastries, and brioche, leading to an intense, full palate with a vibrant, mineral tension and a long, expressive finish .
