Crafted from organically and biodynamically farmed grapes, this wine exhibits a vibrant ruby hue and opens with aromas of Morello cherry, raspberry, and blackberry, complemented by subtle smoky notes and hints of licorice. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant, featuring a silky texture, delicate tannins, and a harmonious balance that leads to a lingering finish. Aged for 14 to 18 months in French oak barrels (20% new), this wine is approachable now and has the potential to evolve beautifully over the next two decades.
