A special release from the Isle of Raasay distillery off the coast of Skye, bottled at 101.4 proof. Raasay makes a lightly peated malt, so expect gentle smoke alongside orchard fruit, honey and spice, with a briny coastal finish. An interesting newer Hebridean distillery.
