Made in Washington, DC, by New Columbia Distillers, and named for George Cassiday, the "man in the green hat" who sold bootleg liquor on Capitol Hill during Prohibition. It is a juniper-forward gin with warming spice and a smooth finish. A solid local choice for a martini or a Negroni.
