Foursquare is the Barbados distillery run by Richard Seale, whose Exceptional Cask Selection releases are closely followed by rum enthusiasts. Penultimus is a 15 year old with the depth that age brings: toffee, dried fruit, baking spice and oak, balanced and long. A rum for slow sipping, and one to share with whisky drinkers.
