Description
Fortaleza is a small, traditional distillery in Tequila, Jalisco, run by the Sauza family. The blanco is made with stone-crushed agave in the old style, and it is rich and expressive with cooked agave, olive brine and citrus. A favourite among tequila enthusiasts for its depth.
