Distilled in Victoria, British Columbia, and colored deep indigo by butterfly pea blossom. Add tonic or citrus and the color shifts to pink and lilac, which is the party trick. The flavor is clean, with juniper, grapefruit peel, ginger and a little tea. Good for a color-changing G and T.
