Dark, rich gold. Big, billowing nose filled with deep, mature rum characters. Dark, brown sugar, espresso, dark chocolate old prune with cinnamon and sweet vanilla. Great rich mouth where everything the nose had is repeated but perhaps with just a bit too much oak. Good harmony and complexity. Super mellow but oak intervenes again. Attractive dry character in long, sustained finish.
