Description
Clos Cibonne is one of the few Provence estates still devoted to Tibouren, a rare local grape that gives rosé a savoury, herbal edge. Pale in colour but more complex than most Provençal pinks, it shows dried herbs, red berry, orange peel and a salty finish. A rosé for those who like a bit of character.
