Description
Chénas is the smallest of the Beaujolais crus and tends toward a firmer, more structured Gamay than its neighbours. Christophe Pacalet is a négociant who works with low-intervention growers, and this bottle is bright with cherry and spice, with some grip. It is fine now and would hold a few years.
