Description
Chimay Blue is a Trappist ale brewed at the Scourmont Abbey in Belgium. Dark, rich and complex, with notes of dark fruit, caramel, spice and a faint peppery bite from the yeast. It gets better with a few years in a cool cellar. A large cork-and-cage bottle that is made to share.
