Description
A Danish cherry liqueur dating to 1818, made from crushed cherries and spices and aged in oak. It is deep red, rich and not at all candy-like, with dark fruit, almond from the stones and a gentle bitterness. It is the cherry in a Singapore Sling and a Blood and Sand.
