Chartreuse VEP Yellow

The VEP is the Carthusian monks' yellow Chartreuse aged longer in oak casks, which gives it a rounder, silkier, more integrated character than the standard bottling. Saffron, honey and layered alpine herbs come through at a slightly higher strength. A collector's bottle, best sipped neat.
