Catoctin Creek Roundstone Rye® is our most popular whisky, crafted from 100% rye grain and made entirely from scratch at our Purcellville, Virginia distillery. Distilled in a pre-Prohibition style, this rye is mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged in-house before being bottled at a smooth 80 proof (40% ABV).

Aged in new Minnesota white oak casks for just under two years, Roundstone Rye delivers a beautifully balanced profile with rich caramel, butter toffee, and a touch of lemon on the nose. Its smooth, woody character makes it perfect for sipping neat, on the rocks, or mixed into classic rye cocktails like a Manhattan.
