Description
Cascahuín is a family-run distillery in El Arenal, Jalisco, and the tahona blanco is made by crushing the cooked agave with a stone wheel, the old-fashioned way. It is richer and earthier than most blancos, with roasted agave, mineral notes and black pepper. A serious tequila for sipping.
Notes Roasted agave · Mineral · Black pepper · Earth
Pairs with Sip neat with a salty snack.
