Description
A pear liqueur from the Brillet family, made by blending Williams pear eau-de-vie with aged Cognac. The result is fresh and perfumed on the nose, with ripe pear first and then a warm brandy finish. It is excellent over ice, in a champagne cocktail, or poured over a poached pear.
