Description
Au Bon Climat was founded by the late Jim Clendenen, who made Santa Barbara Chardonnay in a Burgundian mould long before that was fashionable. This one is lean and balanced, with citrus, green apple and a savoury hint of nuts, and its bright acidity keeps the oak in the background. A good choice for people who find big California Chardonnay too much.
