Description
Andrew Will is a small Washington producer working out of Vashon Island, known for restrained, structured reds, and this bottling is built on fruit from the Champoux Vineyard. It is a Bordeaux-style red with dark berry fruit, dried herbs and firm, fine tannins that have had time to settle at this age. Decant it an hour ahead and keep it for a steak or a roast.
