Description
Alphonse Mellot is best known for Sancerre, and this "Bobby" is his Sauvignon Blanc from nearby Reuilly, in the western reaches of the Loire. It has the usual grapefruit and cut-grass snap but tends to be a little rounder and more relaxed than its famous neighbour. Serve it cold with something from the sea.
