Description
A vintage Rosé de Saignée from Villers-Marmery, made by letting Pinot Noir skins bleed colour into the juice rather than blending in red wine. That gives a deeper, more savoury style, with red berries, spice and a long dry finish. Rare for a pink Champagne at this age.
