ANTICA TERRA PINOT NOIR 2007
WILLAMETTE VALLEY
The Wine Insiders 94 points: "This is a
racy wine that
will reward those with the patience to indulge in it over
the course of an evening. Persistent fruit flavors cradle
an intricate mixture of spice and oak - all carried by
that luxurious silky texture that Pinot lovers are always
on the look out for. This gorgeous Pinot will easily
cellar for 5-7 years and provide healthy dividends to
the patient soul that is able to show such restraint! "

GOLDENEYE PINOT NOIR 2006
One of the most requested wines from
consumers and collectors around the world.
The Wine Enthusiast 91 points: "Very
rich, very
fine, this Pinot is a blend of Goldeneye's best
vineyards. It shows a molten density, like liquid silver,
lush in red cherries, licorice, cinnamon, coco, dried
herb and orange zest flavors, and should develop in
the bottle through 2012."

CLOS LA COUTALE CAHORS 2007
Wine Spectator 90 points : "Big, rich
and darkly colored-these are the descriptors for the
best red wines from the Cahors district of southwest
France. The leading grape is Malbec (that's right,
there was Malbec before Argentina) and now a small
group of quality-oriented producers is pursuing a
higher profile for Malbec in its homeland. Tannat and
Merlot can also used in these blends. Besides an
array of dark fruit flavors, the following wines from
Cahors offer plenty of muscle and dense structures.
They beg to be drunk with a juicy rib-eye or a roasted
leg of lamb. There's a good sense of elegance to the
well-defined, concentrated flavors of dark cherry,
blackberry and plum, followed by notes of sage, dark
chocolate and tobacco leaf on the long, powerful
finish. Drink now. 5,000 cases imported"

NEYERS CHARDONNAY THIERIOT
VINEYARD SONOMA COAST 2006
Neyers Vineyards sits in the heart of the Napa
Valley. The barrels are made in France and air dried
for three years, a year longer than normal. All of the
grapes are picked by hand, into half-ton bins, then
laboriously hand sorted at the winery.
These hillside Chardonnay vines are now 25
years old. The crop is invariably small, and the wine is
an ideal example of mountain-grown Chardonnay
from the Sonoma Coast.
512 cases produced."
The Wine Advocate 93 points: "Hints of
lime oil, white currant, peach, and honeysuckle, all
buttressed by terrific acidity, comprise the full-bodied
2006 Chardonnay Thieriot Vineyard. A cool-climate
wine with some stunning acidity and nicely integrated
wood, this is a beauty that should drink nicely for
another 3-4 years"

LADERA CABERNET SAUVIGNON HOWELL
MOUNTAIN 2004
Wine Spectator 91 points: "A rustic yet
smooth and harmonious style, with dusty berry,
mineral, sage and herb scents that form a complex
core of flavors. There's good intensity, and the tannins
are in check. Ends with a minerally aftertaste, making
this a wine that's very true to its appellation. Best from
2008 through 2016. 2,500 cases made ."

CEDERBERG BUKETTRAUBE SOUTH
AFRICA
2007
At an altitude of more than 1000 m above sea
level, Cederberg Cellar is South Africa's highest
winery. A cool continental climate, with snow in winter
and northwesterly breezes in the hot summers,
combined with several different soil types, unpolluted
air and crystal clear waters, make this dramatic
landscape the ideal terroir for a wide range of noble
wines. This particular offering is semi-sweet with
24mg/l sugar, though never cloying. Exotic and very
delicate, it shows floral and fruit salad aromas, with a
hint of honey, dried peaches and ripe muscat. All
natural sugar with a bracing fresh finish.
